THE PROMISE

This is the One of the best story which I read today. One cold night, a billionaire met an old poor man outside. He asked him, “don’t you feel cold being outside, and not wearing any coat? The old man replied, “I don’t have it but I got used to that.” The billionaire replied, “Wait for me. I will enter my house now and bring you one. The poor man got so happy and said he will wait for him. The billionaire entered his house and got busy there and forgot the poor man. In the morning he remembered that poor old man and he went out to search for him but he found him dead because of cold, but he left a NOTE, “ When I didn’t have any warm clothes, I had the power to fight the cold because I was used to that. But when you promised me to help me, I got attached to your promise and that took my power of resisting.” MORAL: Don’t promise anything if you can’t keep your promise. It might not mean anything to you, but it could mean everything to someone else.

I WILL REMEMBER THIS INCIDENCE.

"When I was a child, I don't remember exactly where, perhaps at school or at a relative's house, but I do remember the question. He or she, I can't recall, asked, "What do you want to be?" It was the first time I encountered such a question, and I remember my answer well. I replied, "I want to be a bus conductor." The person asking the question probably didn't anticipate such a response from a 6 or 7-year-old. Naturally, they laughed at first and then asked follow-up questions: "Why do you want to become a bus conductor?" My answer was spontaneous and based on simple logic. I said, "I have seen bus conductors counting money, a lot of money, so they could buy all the things they want." The questioner couldn't help but laugh and informed me that the money the bus conductor counts does not belong to him but to the government, and he has to submit it after the journey is completed. I wasn't convinced, but the incident sta...

DIARY OF SEDUCER

"Diary of a Seducer" is a psychological novella by Søren Kierkegaard, exploring the manipulative tactics of Johannes, a self-proclaimed seducer. Written in the form of letters and diary entries, the narrative delves into Johannes' calculated pursuit of Cordelia, a virtuous young woman engaged to another man. The protagonist employs philosophical reflections on love, ethics, and existentialism, presenting a complex character who challenges societal norms. Kierkegaard's work raises questions about the nature of desire, morality, and the consequences of manipulating others in the pursuit of one's own desires, making it a thought-provoking exploration of human relationships and existential themes.

WHO AM I?

The question "Who am I?" is a philosophical inquiry that explores one's identity, purpose, and self-awareness. It delves into aspects of beliefs, experience, thoughts, and emotions that shape an individual's sense of self. The answer to this question can vary based on perspective, introspection, and life experience.   So let's move on to the tile of my first blog.  My name is Chetankumar Prakash Chaudhari, male, age 36, living in Pune; education: M.Sc.
